Johnson & Richardson CPA launches new customer satisfaction survey
At James H. Richardson, C.P.A., P.C., we are always looking for ways to add value to our services and what better way to do this than to get input directly from you, our clients? That’s why we are excited to announce the launch of our new Customer Satisfaction Survey. Officially launched earlier this month, the Customer Satisfaction Survey was created to make it easier than ever for clients to give us feedback about their experience at James H. Richardson, C.P.A., P.C.
The brief survey consists of 12 questions expertly designed to identify what we are doing well and what we can improve on to provide the best possible value for our clients. Touching on subjects ranging from the timeliness of our services and overall satisfaction, to suggestions for additional services and ways to enhance our current services. Survey responses will be used to make necessary changes to better serve you. For customer ease, the survey is conveniently located right on our homepage, and can be taken anonymously for clients who feel more comfortable remaining nameless while leaving honest feedback.
